• It was an honor playing for Coach Shaw and the Florida Comets. I cannot thank Dr. Shaw enough for how much he did for me as a player. I earned an athletic scholarship to pursue track & field at Florida International University. I graduated from FIU in 2019.

• I am an elementary school teacher and certified personal trainer. In my leisure time I also coach youth basketball and track & field in my hometown, Vero Beach, Fl. I am very thankful for the Florida Comets Organization and Coach Shaw for developing me as a player and a young woman. He constantly pushed 

me academically, athletically, and introduced me to leadership skills and hard work early on. With all these traits I was able to use them for the rest of my life.
